Crispy Barbequed Tofu Slices
I'll just say this; if you are one of the millions of Americans with a REAL bbq outside, marinade in some BBQ sauce and toss them on the grill. This recipe is a lot of work, for a not so great result (in my opinion).

Honey Grilled Shrimp
Delicious! Next time I would skip the additional "basting" sauce at the end, or at least scale it down a bit. I hardly used any since the shrimp cook so quickly, and it was a waste of almost a whole cube of butter and honey. Otherwise, excellent recipe!

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
This is great. We used fresh caught salmon which was a bit thicker a fillet than you usually can get in the store. It took mine almost 25 minutes at 400 degrees to cook fully. The sauce was easy and scrumptious. P.S. To the person who claimed their sauce stunk up their house- what did you do wrong! Ha ha! Mine smelled wonderful!
