Garlic Potato Wedges
A very distinctive flavor. A great recipe for spicing up what might otherwise be a predictable meal. Very easy recipe.

Lemon Ginger Shrimp
This was super easy to make and has a very distinctive flavor. Definitely a keeper! The only change I made was leaving out the cilantro.

Italian Herb Bread I
This was only the second time I have ever baked bread. I cut the recipe in half and it turned out fairly well. I had to let the bread rise a little longer than the recipe called for but that was the only change I made.
