Chicken Tikka Masala
I thought it was fantastic! I didn't add ANY salt (as per other reviewers suggestions)and it was perfect. (I have NO idea why there is so much salt in the original recipe...???) Served it with basmati rice and a tossed salad.
A note: If you are having company you can grill chicken ahead of time and keep warm in oven or even leave in fridge. Just simmer in sauce a little longer.
