Roasted Tomato Salsa I
This is the only way I will make salsa now- make sure to leave the charred pieces on, there is a lot of flavor there that you don't want to miss.

Mexican Cream Cheese Rollups
These were great to bring to a party. I also added ortega chilis and chilled the mix over night before creating the rollups.

Grandma's Hash Browns
These were very good and easy to make. I will be cooking the potatoes the night before from now on. I used my salad shooter to shred them so it was very easy!
