Crispy Barbequed Tofu Slices
Loved it! It is nice to find a fresh option for tofu. I used a spicey BBQ sauce.

Spinach and Leek White Bean Soup
We loved this recipe! I used thyme and rosemary. I also added celery and portobello mushrooms. There was enough to freeze for a later date.
