Soft Oatmeal Cookies
Great recipe! I needed a basic recipe for oatmeal so that I could "play" with it a bit. I added raisins, chocolate chips and some walnuts! I didn't refrigerate them and didn't flatten them with a fork in sugar. Just dropped them normally. They came out great!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
I have made this many times with just about any fruit and . I do not put quite as much sugar in and while the fruit is sitting before I put sauce on it, I coat it in a half a lemon to prevent browning and to add some flavor.

Honeydew Blueberry Soup
Loved this one too! The oatmeal cookies have just enough hint of cinnamon that it add a little extra flavor.
