About this Cook
I started cooking when i was about 10 yrs old but i stopped around 14 and just barely started really cooking and expeirmenting again recently. I still cooked between then and now but nothing extravagent just the same things pretty much, but lately i have been trying new ways to cook, different recipies and i'm enjoying myself. But i'm best at baking god i love the sweets. Here's the crazy thing i make alot of food that i don't eat, i have to simply go by smell instead of taste. I love to cook but i dont like that much food, so i use my husband as my guiena pig all the time. Cause even though i may not like it my husband and my kids might.
My favorite things to cook
I love to make anything chocolate.
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make scalloped potatoes the other day, i had did it once before but i used a different type of cheese this time, didn't work out so well we just threw them away.

Pan Fried Green Beans
I normally don't eat green beans but i need something quick to make last night because i had an extra person coming over, I found this recipe and had the items not exactly the one's i need so i had to improvise. I used butter instead of oil, and I used can green beans. I also added a little ground mustard and I have to say I loved them. They didnt even taste like green beans, and i'm not a fan of green beans but i will definatly cook these again.
