Vegan Pancakes

So perfect for when you really want pancakes and don't have any eggs or milk/milk substitute in the house! Also works well with white whole wheat and whole wheat pastry flour =)

Honey Wheat Bread II

I used all white whole wheat flour plus almost 1/4c of vital gluten and olive oil in my Kitchen Aid mixer. Baked in 9x5 pans for 35 mins at 350 - Absolutely delicious!!

Apple Crisp III

SOOOOO GOOD! I doubled the recipe, used a 9x13 pan, 1/2 brown & 1/2 white sugar, cinnamon on the apples and in the crumble, added a splash of vanilla to the crumble, used half the water called for and it is the most amazing thing ever!

Oven Scrambled Eggs

Perfect base recipe! I added frozen spinach, mushrooms, onions, crushed basil and garlic, feta cheese and it came out amazingly! Sooo easy!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

These really are the best! I always substitue non-dairy margarine, leave out the nuts and flatten them out on the cookie sheet - YUM!!!
