The Best Meatloaf

Used italian bread crups and omited added salt. Steak sauce was over powering. I think puting BBQ sauce on top would be better.

I thought this was really good and would have been better with the right ingredients. I used ciabatta bread. The store didn't have Cemembert so I used brie. They didn't have cranberry relish so I used blueberry jam.

Easy Layer Bar Cookies

DH calls them mounds bars MIL calls them 7 layer bars. I use a whole sleave of crackers. I didn't have butterscotch chips so I used white chocolate instead. DH said they were better this way.

Speedy Huevos Rancheros

I cooked my bacon in the microwave and added a can of black beans (excellent). There was alot of liquid, used a slotted spoon and it was ok. Next time will drain the tomatoes.

Jordan Marsh Style Blueberry Muffins

Very good basic burger. The egg helps keep lean beef juicy. Added 1 tsp worchesier sauce, based on other review. If make again I will add cracked pepper.

Husband said it was "Awesome". It wasn't to try but not real moist either. I mistakenly bought diced tomatoes with sweet onions. I would do that again. I toped with parmesan cheese.

Turkey Wraps

I was a little scepticle of the dijon mustard mixed with chive cream cheese but it was good. Spinach tortilla are a must so is the bacon and avocado. I would like to try this with a more flavorful cheese like havartee. This would be fantastic with "real" turkey instead of deli.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

These tasted good. I think the trick is to not over process your veggies. You just want them finely chopped not pureed (I did mine a little to long). I also froze them before cooking which helped keep them together.

Beef Enchiladas II

I added some powdered garlic and cumin to the beef mixture so it would have more flavor. Used canned enchilada sauce. Recommend using whole wheat tortillas. They don't get soggy like flour ones and taste better and easy to use than corn.
