About this Cook
Have a B.S. in nutrition.
My favorite things to cook
Mostly foods that are low in fat, sodium and sugar. However, I do like all these things and cook them occasionally.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Pizza every friday. Of course, Christmas cookies.
My cooking triumphs
Won a healthy recipe contest at work for a salad.
My cooking tragedies
One time I put 2 cups of flour instead of 2 tablespoons in german potato salad. Fortunetly, I didn't add the potatos yet. The funny thing is I've made that recipe dozens of times before.

Monkey Peanut Butter Bars
Not the best bar cookie ever but pretty good. The bars were too hard to cut when they were refrigerated but the peanut butter frosting melted when it wasn't refrigerated. This could be because I used natural peanut butter. I ended up cutting them after they sat out for a while and then kept them in the fridge.
