Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

These were really good! I did double all ingredients except for the pumpkin seeds, and added some Hot Salt. My seeds must have had a lot of moisture in them too, I had to bake them for 2 hours for them to be crunchy. All in all, everyone loved them!

Butter Cream Frosting II

I used butter for the margarine & butter flavor Crisco for the shortening. This frosting was soooo good. Funny thing is I really don't like buttercream frosting - Till Now. No more store bought frosting for me. Thanks for the great recipe!

Delish! I couldn't find the frozen raspberry lemonade either, but my grocery store had raspberry lemonade (non-concentrate) in the OJ area so I used that. Will definitely make this again!

These were Awesome! I added cooked shredded potatoes, matchstick carrots, garlic powder & beef broth. I also baked these instead of frying. Everyone loved them! The dough was amazing, I plan to use the dough for other fillings too. Thanks for the great recipe!

Awesome recipe, thanks! I didn't put in all the cayenne called for in the recipe only because I was serving this with Chipotle Shrimp Tacos & they were plenty spicy. Yumm!!!

Chipotle Shrimp Tacos

This recipe is awesome! I ended up using 4 chipotle peppers as we like spicy plus the chipotles were a little on the mild side. I filled the tacos with the shrimp mixture, topped with Spicy Southwestern Slaw & chopped cilantro, and served with Lime Cilantro Rice. Amazing good! The family said I had to make this one again soon! Thanks for the great recipe!

Hot Buffalo Chicken, Bacon, and Cheese Sandwich

Manicotti Alla Romana

This was good, but I think I messed up the recipe by making it ahead of time & freezing. I froze with the sauces on top, which was probably not a good idea. The sauces didn't freeze well. I think I'll try it again to serve the same day as the filling was very good.

Scallops in Pastry with Lobster Sauce

I changed the recipe a bit-I doubled the sauce but didn't include the lobster with the second batch. For the filling I used scallops & shrimp, folded into the second batch of sauce, added the cheese. Made the rest as stated, very very good. I made this for a dinner party & everyone raved about it!! Thanks!

Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms

These were awesome! I made them for a dinner party & they were gone in no time! My son was bummed that there were none left over-he wanted to have them the next day! The recipe made too much filling, but that's ok with me. It's great cold or heated as a dip! Thanks Anita for a great recipe!

Broccoli and Ramen Noodle Salad
