Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

So good! I usually add more ham for a heartier meal. Very easy & quick meal to prepare for weeknights too.

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Herb-Garlic-Pepper Coating

Delish! I roasted this in the oven as it was raining, but otherwise made as directed. The beef was awesome, thanks for a simple but wonderful recipe!

Yummy, yummy!! I made these in my bread maker, cutting the sugar to 2/3 cup for the dough & adding smoked provolone to the filling, & they were fantastic! The whole family loved them & they were gone in no time! Will make these again & again.

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

These were really good! I did double all ingredients except for the pumpkin seeds, and added some Hot Salt. My seeds must have had a lot of moisture in them too, I had to bake them for 2 hours for them to be crunchy. All in all, everyone loved them!

Butter Cream Frosting II

I used butter for the margarine & butter flavor Crisco for the shortening. This frosting was soooo good. Funny thing is I really don't like buttercream frosting - Till Now. No more store bought frosting for me. Thanks for the great recipe!

Delish! I couldn't find the frozen raspberry lemonade either, but my grocery store had raspberry lemonade (non-concentrate) in the OJ area so I used that. Will definitely make this again!

These were Awesome! I added cooked shredded potatoes, matchstick carrots, garlic powder & beef broth. I also baked these instead of frying. Everyone loved them! The dough was amazing, I plan to use the dough for other fillings too. Thanks for the great recipe!

Awesome recipe, thanks! I didn't put in all the cayenne called for in the recipe only because I was serving this with Chipotle Shrimp Tacos & they were plenty spicy. Yumm!!!

Chipotle Shrimp Tacos

This recipe is awesome! I ended up using 4 chipotle peppers as we like spicy plus the chipotles were a little on the mild side. I filled the tacos with the shrimp mixture, topped with Spicy Southwestern Slaw & chopped cilantro, and served with Lime Cilantro Rice. Amazing good! The family said I had to make this one again soon! Thanks for the great recipe!

Hot Buffalo Chicken, Bacon, and Cheese Sandwich

These are great sandwiches! Everyone loved them! I added extra wing sauce for a little more kick & used bolillos for individual sandwiches. My teenage son told me this one was a keeper, thanks!!

Manicotti Alla Romana

This was good, but I think I messed up the recipe by making it ahead of time & freezing. I froze with the sauces on top, which was probably not a good idea. The sauces didn't freeze well. I think I'll try it again to serve the same day as the filling was very good.
