I am from the North and living in the South now, so I like trying the best of both areas. I come from a long line of good cooks in the family for most of the traditional dishes but I love to try new things! I like to try new dishes; but my favorites are whatever my family loves to eat. My mom makes macaroni & cheese that my son's call "Famous", mine is now termed "Famous Jr." I do the best with traditional family meals like holidays and Sundays. Making a new dish and my family says, "let's have this again". A dip called Garbage dip that is a request often. Burning the rolls....I seem to do this more often than I like to admit.
