Pizza Casserole

This was GREAT! I used elbow macaroni instead of egg noodles - turned out just FINE! Everyone ate it up and asked for seconds & thirds!

Sausage Spanish Rice

Tortellini Soup I

Bev's Orange Chicken

I followed the directions exactly and it was very good. I served it with white rice and made a gravy of the pan drippings. Everyone enjoyed it. Super fast and easy. A Keeper!

I followed the recipe EXCEPT I only used 1/4 cup butter and added 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg to the topping as other members suggested. I took it to a card party as a dessert and everyone loved it. The pure maple syrup really makes it special.

Hearty Ham Casserole

This was good. My family enjoyed it. (I have 2 teenaged boys.) I used 4 c. potatoes and fried them with a small onion in a little olive oil. This doesn't make the casserole as pretty as the picture because the potatoes were browned. I added 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. I only used one can of corn. I used 1 stick of butter, 2/3 c. flour and 2 1/2 c. milk. I cubed 8 oz. Velveeta and tossed it in before baking. I will make it again. It's very rich and a good stick-to-your ribs hearty.

Almond Chicken Casserole II

I used brown rice. I think the rice soaked up most of the sauce, because it was very dry. I used french fried onions on top instead of corn flakes. The next day I served it and added another can of Cream of Chicken soup, and stired in the onion topping. It was better the second time around. I won't make it again. I used Miracle Whip instead of real mayo. Wonder if that would make a difference in flavor?

Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole

Grandma's Ham Casserole

The recipe doesn't say whether or not to cover the dish while cooking. There was still water in the bottom of the pan at the end of the cooking time. Perhaps milk would be better than water in the recipe. Very bland. My kids (8 & 10) wouldn't touch it. Will not make this again.
