Rich Chocolate Frosting

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Delicious!!! Made it exactly as stated and added store bought frosting. I just microwaved it for a few seconds and drizzled it on. I got a lot of compliments!! Oh yeah - I did use the mini chocolate chips. Will definitely make this again.

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

This was awesome!! I've been looking for a good whole wheat pizza dough recipe and I will look no further! The dough made me two medium size pizzas. We did them on the grill and they turned out great!

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I

Fabulous!!! This bread is delicious. I made the dough machine and didn't add the raisins until I was sprikling on the cinnamon and sugar. Oh - and I added a bit of brown sugar. Came out great and freezes well too!

Classic Macaroni Salad

I wasn't sure what to rate this one because I didn't really like it. I was looking for more of a gourmet macaroni salad recipe and this tasted exactly like any macaroni salad you buy pre-made. If you like those kind - you'll love this. If you want something more gourmet - this isn't for you. I should add too that I halfed the vinegar and it was still WAY too vinegary for me.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

This was fantastic!!No need to ever try a different recipe. I followed the recipe to the letter. The *only* thing I had to do different was mix it in my Kitchenaid when it was time to add the flour because I doubled the recipe and it wouldn't fit in my skillet! Baked the doubled recipe in a 9x13 pan - came out wonderful!!

Banana Blueberry Muffins

These were really good! I took others suggestions and ended up using 2 whole eggs and extra cinnamon. I also used the Splenda Brown Sugar and they came out great. My little guys loved them too. Healthy and delicious!

Baked Pork Chops I

These were great. Followed the recipe exactly. I put the extra sauce over couscous and my family loved it. I only baked them for about an hour total though - so keep an eye on them so they don't dry out.

Ricardo's Pizza Crust

This was just alright for me. Better than store bought Pilsbury pizza dough...but still had a biscuity taste. Definitely not the pizza dough recipe I was looking for to mimick the taste of pizza from the North East!

Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter

This was fantastic! The rub was excellent and we've used it on strips...but really, we were thinking, why pay for strips when the london broil turned out so great! My husband loved the bleu cheese butter, but I didn't care for it. Nevertheless, wonderful recipe!

Vanilla Glaze

Came out tasting great. I used 2 1/2 Tbsp of milk, 1 Tbsp of butter and 1/2 Tsp of vanilla...like others suggested. I'm putting it on a pound cake but I'm sure it would be great on cinnamon buns, cookies, breads, etc.

Lentil Soup

Great soup! I didn't add the spinach (because I didn't have any) and added a 28oz can of tomatoes on accident. Still came out great! Using a dash of balsamic vinegar in each bowl really makes it!

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

WOW! This pound cake was AWESOME! My sister-in-law told me it was the best slice of cake that she had ever eaten! Followed the recipe exactly - except added 2 tsp of vanilla instead of 1 (like other reviewers suggested). This will be a staple!
