Sangria! Sangria!
Absolutely delish! Made it w/o cherries, sugar or soda. Perfect! Didn't give it a chance to steep but it was good right after making and better as it sat.

Peppermint Meringues
I made them according to directions. I added a few drops of min flavoring and used holiday sprinkles. They turned out very well.

Bagel Bread
This is a delicious, easy bread. Makes 1 *big* loaf! I made it my bread machine w/bread machine yeast but made a round loaf and baked it on a cookie sheet. (The photo of a big round loaf on cooling racks is mine.) Brought it to a pot luck and my foodie friends enjoyed it. A gluten intolerant friend said it was worth taking a gluten enzyme tablet just to taste it. I'll make it again, exactly as written.
