Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup
It took alot longer than the recipe said it would, but it was super tasty. However, if I make this again, I will probably cook the onion in olive oil to decrease the fat. I also added some chili flakes as suggested as well as a clove of garlic. Really good!

Sesame Broccoli Salad
I really didn't like the sauce with the broccolli. I actually tried to rinse it out, but the aftertaste remained. I wish I had just eaten the broccoli plain! I think the sauce would go better with some cold noodles.

Mediterranean Pasta Salad
This recipe was pretty good, however, it needs more salt. I added a little feta cheese and green onions to give it more flavor.
