I am a High School English teacher about to retire. Hopefully I will have more time to cook and to experiment with recipes of my own. I love to bake. I also like to cook the traditional meals--roast, chicken, etc. There really aren't any. My father loved to grill and I like to also. There are a few I guess. I do get raves whenever I cook for others. Growing up---candies!!! My fudge(made from the old fashion recipes) would sometimes be chewy and runny!! Thank goodness for marshmallow cream.
