Abosolutely delicious! I am a beginner cook and found this really easy. I did change the tomoto soup to salsa. To make it easier for me I crushed the torilla chips and added the cheese per plate and melted the cheese in the microwave. Only 2 of ate so it wasn't an inconvience. Also I cut the recipe in half and still had enough for 2.5 meals. Again for 2 poeople.

Chicken Tikka Masala

I am absolutely impressed. I am a beginner cooker and this recipe was delicious. I did take out most of the salt and added to taste. I don't like too much spice so i took out the cayenne pepper and the jalepeno pepper. The black pepper gave it a slight kick.

Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations

Great simple recipe. I tried the upside down pinapple cake, turned out wonderful and everyone raved about it. I went with other reviewer and used oil, almost 2 cups of sugar and added 1/2 cup of pinapple juice. Definately do again.
