Depression Era Corn Chowder
Not bad! We sprinkled a bit of cheese and crumbled some bacon over it! A very satisfying meal with cornbread muffins!

Classic Pot Roast
SO good! Kids hate tomatoes so I left those out and added some beef broth to make up for the liquid loss. This was so easy and delicious!

Zucchini Bread IV
The only things I did different from the recipe are 1. Made into muffins (bake about 25 min), 2. omit nuts the family is LOVING them. I'm going to try them next time with some of the suggestions listed and I'll post my thoughts then! Great recipe!!
