Pumpkin Smoothie
I tried this recipe as is (with the exception of using a milk alternative seeing as that im lactose intolerant) and found that I didn't like it much.I love pumpkin, but the flavor was too strong. I added a banana, little nutmeg, and a splash of vanilla then found it to be perfect for me. My husband LOVED the smoothie. He was glad I came across this recipe. thanks!

Kale and Banana Smoothie
My smoothie was a little too thick with just half a cup of soy milk. So after adding a more soy milk and adding just a bit more maple I thought it was great.

Authentic Middle Eastern Hummus (Chummus)
This was a good recipe yet it definitely was more simple as far as flavor goes. So, this recipe is perfect if thats what you are looking for. When I made it I found that it really had a tahini nutty kick to it, so continually adding lemon juice to taste was KEY, as well as adding salt to taste.
