Corn Fritters
These were pretty good. I was expecting something a little different. Kinda like the Sonny's corn fritters. Once I put these together I realized they wouldn't be like it but they were very tasty

Chicken Parmesan Casserole
This was pretty good. An easy dinner, wasn't as tasty as I thought it was gonna be. But, with a little tweaking would be very yummy!

Butter-Dipped Biscuit Squares
These were great! I just dipped the biscuits in the butter and left them in the 9/13 pan to bake. They turned out delicious! a little flat...but ...I think that was my fault. They were so easy, that no matter how they turned out...it would have been worth it!
