Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2009
This recipes is EASY and FANTASTIC! I would not change a single thing! I used shredded parm, not the powdered kind and it still came out wonderfully. I will definitely be making this again soon, my husband and children all enjoyed it. Thank you!

Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins

These muffins were ok. I added vanilla but could have used more flavor (maybe cinnamon?) Will try again.

This was DELICIOUS! I added some diced tomatoes and used nuefchatel cheese and it was great. My kids (7 and 5 years) liked it too! DEFINITELY a 'make again' recipe!

Feta Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2009
I made this chicken with feta, minced black olives, and fresh parsley (for the filling). I also pounded the chicken thin and rolled it up around the filling. DELICIOUS! I am so pleased with the results, I plan to make it again and vary the filling with garlic and tomatoes. I also sprinkled with panko bread crumbs before baking.

Colorful Vegetable Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2008
I had HIGH hopes for this recipe, BUT - it was VERY VERY bland. I added garlic powder (as someone else suggested)but this was not enough. It looked BEAUTIFUL and rustic, maybe with more tweaking I'd try it again.

Savory Grilled Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2008
These were easy to prep. Took much more cooking time than listed. Took me about 1.5hrs in a 375 degree oven. I thought they were 'ok' - maybe more salt? BUT - everyone at our BBQ raved and wanted the recipe.. so.. maybe my taste buds were off a bit today as everyone else LOVED them!

Simple BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2008
FANTASTIC - I cannot say enough about these ribs. We used BEEF ribs, and no BBQ sauce (as we forgot to buy it). SO we just boiled in the spices, let sit, grilled for 1.5hrs the next day and they were DELICIOUS! We had friends who are GREAT rib griller's say that these were the best they'd ever had. A MUST TRY!

Chunky Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2008
This soup is delicious! My 6 year old daughter commented that "this was the best dinner EVER" (and thats not easy to get out of her!) I did add 1 clove of pressed garlic to the milk mixture while it was thickening. Gave it a nice depth of flavor!!! YUMMY! Will be making this frequently.
