I absolutely love cooking. If I have a stocked kitchen then I love it even more! Times are hard right now though and I'm finding it harder and harder to get excited about cooking with limited ingredients. Here's hoping things get better soon for everyone! 40 clove garlic chicken, pasta sauces, cooking a whole chicken and finding new ways to utilize it! My kids ask for Chicken and Dumplings everytime they come home. They also love my cheesecakes. Finally learning to make homemade biscuits...of all things this gave me the most trouble. Old fashioned fudge is anoter. There is not enough space or time to tell them all!
