Creamy Butternut Squash With Cinnamon Soup
We love this soup and eat it often in the fall! I add my own dried apple chips that I dust with cinnamon and sugar before I dry them. YUMM

German Apple Cake II
A great cake - I made the recipe 3 times so far as it is written and it turned out great. I did have to watch the cooking time and I had to go the full time to get the middle done.

Candy Coated Pecans
These came out okay - I might have whipped the egg too much becuase they came out with a coating that was the texture of meringue.
