Phenomenal Chicken and Pasta in Creamy Pesto Sauce
This is a keeper. I made changes to reduce fat and calories and it was still wonderful. I used fat free 1/2 and 1/2, low sodium chicken broth. Everyone enjoyed it and wants it again. There was enough left over for lunch the next day.

Too Easy Peach Cobbler
This is one of the easiest and best dessert recipes I have tried. My family loves it. We are watching our calories so I cut the sugar in half and used light bread and Light butter. It is still wonderful. I even tried apples and pears. So far the pear is winning followed by peach. Thanks for a great flexible dessert. I am bringing it to someone's house for a Christmas visit.

Low-Fat Chocolate Cake
I made this for Mother's Day dessert and it is a keeper. We loved the dense fudge like texture. You always want more chocolate but calorie for calorie I'll be making this again.
