My cooking tragedies

Once while growing up I made lemon bars and instead of 1/4c of lemon juice I used a whole cup and they were TART!! They had to be thrown out and I still have not lived those down...

Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing

Okay these were simply AMAZING!!!!! My 6 year old nephew said these were better than ice cream!!! That is the highest compliment in my book!! I made these as written, minus the Adobo sauce (couldn't find it). I served it with fresh tomato, avacado, lettuce and limes. This is now a regular in my house!! Thanks!!!

Pesto Pasta with Chicken

This is so yummy!!! Even my picky husband, daughter (3), bro-in-law and his boys (9 & 6 and very picky)LOVED it. I am putting it into our regular rotation.

Best Brownies

I am horrible at making brownies, but these were easy and AWESOME!!! My husband (who doesn't eat sweets and only eats brownies w/ ice cream) had to have these by themselves (no ice cream) the second night. We will definitely make these over and over again. (Also i did not make the frosting, they did not need it).
