Southwestern Egg Rolls

I followed this recipe exactly except for frying them only because I was out of oil and didn't realize it so I baked them. They still turned out very good. I do want to try frying them next time and maybe even try with egg roll wrappers instead. Thanks!

Easy Guacamole

I love guacamole and this is a quick and easy recipe to use. I don't peel my avocados though. I always slice in half and scoop out the middle and I also added cilantro to mine. Delicious!!!

I have been wanting to try this for some time and finally got around to making it. It is so delicious! My mother n law makes it all the time but she doesn't use recipes so I found this one. It tasted just like hers. I didn't change a thing. Can't wait to make again...

Aussie Chicken

I followed recipe exactly and this just wasn't for us. We didn't like the honey mustard sauce at all. We are fans of honey mustard but this was a completely different flavor. Luckily I didn't put it on all the chicken or I would have had to throw it all out instead of just a couple of pieces.

The Ultimate Chili

I couldn't follow this recipe exactly because I didn't have the red wine but that was the only thing I left out. I got mixed reviews on this one. Me personally I thought it was very good but my husband did not like at all. He said it was too sweet tasting. Kids weren't all that impressed either but they did eat it (loaded with crackers and cheese) where my husband would not take another bite. I would like to try it again for sure but maybe change it up a bit.

Anniversary Chicken I

This was delicious! I couldn't find any teriyaki basting sauce so I used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce and it turned out great! Would love to try the teriyaki though. Will definitely make again. Thanks
