This is excellent! My son loved it too. Don't forget to line the pan with foil for easy clean up.

I made this potato salad and took it to work and everyone who tried it wanted the recipe. I couldn't stay out of it. It was easy to make too. I will use this recipe often. I used pampered chefs dill blend instead of just dill, my friend said hers didn't turn out as well when she used just dill.
