I've traveled quite a bit as a chef and met a lot of great people from all over the world. I wouldn't trade it for anything. If its for other people I like to go toward the finer end, French style, of things. But for myself you cant go wrong with moms recipes. The good comfort food. Thanksgiving I still haven't caught any of my kitchens on fire. I hope to keep the streak alive. I have cooked for many famous people and they all have given great reviews... I guess thats a close second. I remember when I was twelve making a chocolate cake. Instead of one or two teaspoons I used tablespoons. Needless to say it was inedible so I fed it to my older brothers.
