Andrea's Pasta Fagioli
Very tasty. I sub'd 1 small can tomato puree and 1 small can chopped tomatoes with chili and garlic for the tomato sauce, and added 6 chopped thin Italian sausage links. I also used mixed Italian herbs rather than the individual allotments as it seemed far too much. The pasta "drinks" all the liquid, making it very soggy (and I put it into the soup uncooked!), so I'd recommend making the pasta seperately and serving on the day, packing the leftovers sans pasta. (I used penne, which was lovely)

Sweet and Crunchy Salad
I left out the sugar because the fruit makes it sweet enough (white WINE vinegar is a must; don't use regular vinegar) and added cold, cooked chicken chunks for a substantial meal. Very nice recipe.
