Apple Crisp I
Great recipe! However, I used brown sugar for the topping and not white. I also increased the measurement for the cinnamon and also added a bit of nutmeg. Topped it with fresh whipped cream infused with vanilla. Fantastic!

Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler
Fantastic! I think we could have eaten it all in one sitting! Much like another reviewer, I also let my berries sit for several minutes after I sprinkled on the cornstarch. Overall - fabulous!

Michelle's Coconut Chicken Curry
My family loved this! One of our favorite Indian restaurants recently closed and I was thrilled to find this recipe - tasted just like our standy dish! I will definitely make this again! Oh....I used jasine rice!
