This recipe was a lot of work and WAY to sweet. It barely kept any of the sweet potato flavor. It tasted more like an orange cream-sicle. It may have been better without the sugar, but it was so much work that I don't think that I will try it again. A tip if you do make it, you don't really need much water in the bottom of the pan, to much makes it difficult to get the oranges out without getting the filling wet.

I thought that this recipe sounded to simple to be really good. It was not! My whole family loved it. The flavors were great and it was SO simple. I will surely be making this one again.

I modified this recipe a fair amount, but used it as a general guide. I used strawberries and strawberry gelatin, I also added a splash of real lemon juice, and only used 1 1/2 cups of sugar. My Jam turned out beautiful and delicious.
