Syracuse Salt Potatoes
I am from Rochester/Buffalo Ny area, and no summer picnic, BBQ, or clam bake is complete without salt potatoes! I never put butter on top of them bc I prefer them plain with the salty crust. If you skip the butter then you can eat them cold for breakfast the next morning. Yum!

Upside Down Turkey
This was the juciest turkey I have ever made. It was so delicious, I'll never cook a turkey right-side-up again!

Lemon Garlic Mushrooms
Great recipe, but too much lemon perhaps? I used this recipe as a springboard to cook mushrooms/sauce for a T-bone steak. After searing both sides of my steak in a skillet with 2 T. butter I moved the steak to the oven. I then added some minced garlic and extra butter to the skillet then added two sliced portabella mushroom caps. I then squeezed the juice from one lemon over the mushrooms and flipped them from time to time until cooked evenly. Served with steak these were amazing! I only wish I had poured them over the steak instead of as a side. I will make this again and again!
