Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
I also added 3 tablespoons of coffee to 3 tablespoons of water. DELICIOUS!

Buttery Corn Bread
YUMMY! WOW! I used cupcake trays which made me 24 muffins and cooked for only 22 min. I patted about 4-5 pickled jalapeno slice dry with a paper towel before placing them on top. SWEET, BUTTERY, SPICY! The other tray I added cheddar cheese on top. Cooked them at the same time. I took one of each and added them to a corn and 3 bean spicy chili. YUM YUM YUM! PERFECT CORN BREAD! PS If you LOVE spicy you should add more jalapenos mixed in the batter because it was pretty mild for me.

Steff's Shepherd Pie
I substituted ground beef with a 12oz bag of Morning Star Meal starters (Grillers Recipe Crumbles) added about a tablespoon of olive oil. It was super yummy!
