A turkey at Christmas done under the grill for 4 hours - wrapped in an oily rag. Dinner disaster LOL

Broccoli Salad V
I didn't put the raisins in as my son doesn't like them. It was still a hit. I will be making this one again soon. I wish there was a non creamy dressing though.

Wienerschnitzel
The recipe is great. I would give it 5 stars other than the amount of butter I used to fry them ideally. I tried using less but it left them pale and dry. I will definately use this again. Boneless pork was great too and a bargain.

Strawberry Avocado Salad
I have a very similar recipe but it calls for candied pecans which are a bit of a nuisance. The dressing method is quick and simple. Definate keeper.
