I am an auto mechanic during the day but I love to cook. Italian dinner is my favorite but I love to make soups and all kinds of things. I like to create new meal ideas. My wifes family is Italian and I wanted to learn some of those dishes to keep them from getting lost with the cook! Soups and pot pies are great! But I really love to try something that I just thought up so see how they come out. I once tried a recipie from a TV show... it was peanutbutter chicken, we had to order out that night.
