I didn't really start cooking until I was 19 and working in a group home for developmentally disabled people. I blossomed right away and was always coming up with new things on my own. It was fun because I didn't pay for the groceries and everything I concocted got eaten up, no matter what it tasted like. My supevisor took the credit claiming "when Beth started working here she didn't know how to cook anything, its hard to believe!" I love making pizzas with Boboli whole wheat crust, I put lots of different combinations together, shrimp, crab, spinach, chicken! Soo yummy!! Also I love baking since I have a huge sweet tooth!!
