I just made the couscous part of this recipe to go with the Garlic Chicken Kabobs from this site. It was very flavourful. I will make it all the time as I love couscous. I can't wait to try the whole recipe and will update when I do. I have never done a whole chicken.

MMMM! I made these last night and they were very tender and delicious. I used mayonnaise when I saw that they could be made that way. And dried cilantro(didn't have any fresh). I marinated them for 4 hours and BBQ'd them. Didn't make the dipping sauce. I served them with the couscous from the Roasted Curried Chicken with Couscous recipe from this site. I made half the amount it called for. And some salad. Very tasty! I will make this again.

Really good. I added cummin as well as the curry power but did not add the salt. Marinated 3 very thick pork chops for 5 hours then baked in the over. My Mom said the house smelled amazing and the chops tasted great. We'll use this one again.
