Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
man, that was good! i did add a sliced green onion-because i love it-and i substutd some of the mayo for sour cream to make it less sweet.. i used a broiler pan & baked it covered for 20 min, uncovered for 10 min & about 7 minutes under the broiler to crisp the bacon.. i would order this in a restaurant.
