Pumpkin Pancakes

Herbed Potato Soup

Great recipe. I used new potatoes and the suggestions of the other reviewers to add chicken broth and garlic. I also added a diced kielbasa sausage to make it a meal.

This recipe is 5 stars if you add sauteed veggies along with the cheese. I sauteed 1/2 cup red bell pepper and 1/4 cup onion in butter. I sprinkled this over egg mixture with the cheese. My omelet roll only took 12 minutes to cook. Sprinkle roll with parsley before serving. Great with salsa.

Chicken Pot Pie VIII

Michigan Chicken Salad

Loved it. I used dried sweet bing cherries. Worth a trip to Trader Joe's for the cherries. I served it on a croissant for a treat.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

My family and guests loved it. I took the tips from another reviewer and added sour cream. I only rough mashed the potatoes with a hand masher. Will do again.

I sauted the onions with the meat and then added the flour and water. I would reduce the water next time to make a thicker sauce.

Kettle Corn

Alfredo Sauce

Great recipe--Easy to make with great reviews from the family. I added a fresh seafood medley mix from my grocer. I added the seafood at the end and cooked 2-3 minutes more. Don't overcook the seafood or it will be tough.

Chocolate Decadence Cake I

This was the yummiest no flour chocolate cake. My family raved about it when I made it for "my" birthday. This was exactly the cake I was looking for and was better then the slice of cake I can buy at my favorite bakery/deli. Be sure to have lots of friends over because it is rich and serves a bunch. You don't want leftovers because you will end up eating them all YOURSELF!! Love it!!

Make sure your roast is completely thawed. I had a hard time finding a covered pan that would fit a 10 lb. roast.

Yorkshire Pudding

Pretty good. It stuck in a few places. Be sure to swirl hot fat around pan and then pour batter into center of pan. A nice additon to the usual potatoes.
