Thousand Island Dressing II
Great. I made a half recipe. I did add the a chopped hard boiled pickled egg. We love thousand island dressing on green salad with fresh cracked crab.

Beer Batter
Add about 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning and fry in coconut oil until brown. Great recipe.

Pumpkin Pancakes
Substituted whole wheat pastry flour for all-purpose flour and rapadura sugar for the brown sugar. Tasty recipe.
