Hot Dogs With The Works
This was a big hit. Very simple and you do not need any condiments (ketchup, mustard, chili, etc.). It's nice to fix hot dogs that do not require 10 other items on the table to complete the meal. I think that the mixture used on this would also be great on turkey burgers/hamburgers. I will be trying this next.

Marinated Pork Chops
This was the best pork chops ever. I used the boneless pork chops, marinated overnight, occasionally massaging, and then put them on the grill. Very, very tender, and did not use a tenderizer.

Boiled Peanuts
I made half the serving of the listed recipe, which required 1/2 cup of salt. I had to use more salt, probably a total of 3/4 to 1 cup, and it still was not real salty, but it was the way I like mine. I also let mine boil longer. I then left them in the pot w/lid over night. They were great!!!
