Vanilla Crepes

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
Great! Super! Delicious! That's what our family said! I upped the milk to make it more pourable, but that was all the changes I made regarding measurements. I didn't have white flour and so I used wheat, it still turned out delicious and my non-wheat eaters even liked it. I used a filling from what my Romanian mother-in-law uses - sour cream with sugar and a touch of vanilla. Yummy!

Tomato Spinach Pizza

Great recipe! I used my own pizza dough for the pizza, but the topping was just so tastey! From my hubby to my 2 year old - it was a hit! Thanks!

Overnight Caramel Pecan Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2008
I grew up with a recipe that is similar to this one, except it had Rhodes Rolls and butterscotch pudding for the topping. BUT, I wanted to go from scratch and when I saw this I knew that it just might work! Here is how I changed it to be like the one I grew up with... I made the dough as specified but instead of rolling it out I stopped. I lightly greased two bundt pans, put finely chopped pecans and a handful of coconut in the bottom. Then I made the caramel sauce and put that on top of that. Then I took the dough and divided it as specified and made little balls and put that on top of the sauce. Then I followed the directions after that... covering, putting in fridge and baking in the morning, instantly flipping it out to let the sauce cover that rolls. It is beautiful and tasty!

Sour Cream Chicken Paprika

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2008
WOW! My family just loved this recipe! I used some of the suggestions in the reviews. I cubed the chicken for easy eating for my little ones. I used half the chicken broth that it called for and added a boullion cube for added flavor. The thickness was just right, more like a sauce. We ate ours with shell pasta. Everyone had seconds and sopped up the sauce with bread to "lick the platter clean". We'll be doing this one again and again. It was simple and delicious! Thanks for the recipe!
