Masala-Spiced Roast Chicken
All the flavors blended well together and it made the roasted chicken a lot more exciting than normal. The only things I did differently were to cut up the garlic a bit because my cloves were big and add the lime juice before the garam masala because I didn't want the lime to wash away the spice.

Apple Pan Betty
I couldn't believe how good this was. I don't usually like apple desserts because they get so mushy, but that wasn't a problem with this recipe. Plus it was a great use for my slightly stale whole wheat bread.

Puddingwiches
I was quite surprised how good these were for being so simple. I let them thaw out a few minutes and it was like eating an ice cream sandwich, albeit a peanut butter flavored one. I used sugar-free instant pudding and they turned out great.
