Apple Cake V
I made this for a brunch, and it was a big hit! I added about a tablespoon of cinnamon just to give it a little kick, and it was absolutely delicious.

Mediterranean Lemon Chicken
One of my favorite chicken recipes--it turned out beautifully. I used boneless breasts and lowered the oven temp to 350 as suggested by another reviewer, and the chicken was perfectly moist. Love the oregano flavor with the lemon.

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies
Delicious! As seems to be the norm, I upped the oats to 3 c. and added 1 tsp. vanilla. Next time I will try using cinnamon chips!
