Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I don't know if I was just in the mood for this or not, but it was just wonderful!! I will totally make this again. It isn't that different than the "wing-it" version, but it is also nice to follow a recipe to make sure it is good. Next time I think I will just put the ketchup/sugar mix on top of it, because I like it a bit browner.

Astoria Crab Pasta
Great recipe, but I had to change a few things. I made it as directed except I didn't have any wine, so I took the suggestion of another reviewer and used lemon juice. This was great! But when it was all finished, I just felt like it was lacking something. So I chopped up half an onion and sliced the corn off a cob and threw that in there as well. Then it was a bit dry and rather than add a bunch of oil, I added the starchy water from the noodles. It was fantastic this way, plus I didn't use a ton of fatty oil. I will be making this again!

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers
I really liked these. We took them to a bbq and others wanted to try them as well! I especially liked the bites of feta in there. We changed two things: 1) we added an egg for binding and moisture (as others had said they were dry) and 2) we added about 1/2 a large white onion. We ate them just like "regular" burgers with lettuce, tomato (from our garden!), and onion all on a bun.
