Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

I baked my wings at higher temp to get crispy (can't remember exact temp but probably around 375 or 400 degrees) instead of deep frying them and they were outstanding! Making again for the Superbowl this coming weekend.

Slow-Cooked Steak Fajitas

We had this when we had friends over for dinner one night and it was very good. Everyone enjoyed them but like other reviewers, when I make it again, I will cut down the hours to be cooked because the flank steak fell to pieces. Still tasted really good but if you want a little more to chew, it shouldn't be cooked that long.

Spicy Orange Beef

The recipe had way too much zest in it. My husband kept saying, "all I taste is orange". I will definitely make it again tho' as I think with the omission of the zest or a very reduced amount, we will really like it. Like other reviews I saw, I might use flank steak instead of round also. Made and served with the rice in the picture, it was a quick meal.

Fried Rice I

This recipe went well for me but I felt it could have been more flavorful. When I reheated some for my lunch the next day, I added a dash of onion powder and garlic powder and a little more soy sauce. Seemed to perk it up a bit. I'll more than likely try this recipe again with a couple additions. Was certainly easy and quick!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

I've made this several times and everyone who has tasted it, has raved! I cook as directed but after toasting the rolls under the broiler, I add the meat and some swiss cheese and put it under the broiler again until the cheese is melted. We top them with creamy horseradish sauce and then dive in. Yummy!!!

I must not have had a big enough head of garlic because you really couldn't taste it. All we could taste was the wine. I'll try it again with more garlic.
