Chicken Florentine Casserole

I have no complaints. I was so scared we wouldn't like it because it is something different than we usually eat, but it was very good. I had left over asparagus and used that to supplement the spinach and it was really good.

Strawberry Syrup

I really liked this recipe. I changed it a little, i did 2 cups of frozen strawberries, and puree 3/4 of them and boiled them with the sugar and water. Then added the whole strawberries once it had boiled for a minute. I had to add about 1 tsp of cornstarch to get it to thicken like i like syrup to be. Over all i loved it!! Hit the spot!

Strawberry Freezer Jam

It is sugary but that is what freezer jam it. I love it, it was exactly what i was looking for. It was good to read that you have to put all the sugar in it to help it set up....crucial bit of infomation for those who think that they can alter recipes without consequence...like me.
