Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
SOOOO Good! I did add one huge diced onion and five cloves of garlic smashed. It is an excellent recipe. I used Bullseye original bbq sauce. It has the highest ratings in Cooks Illustrated.

Peach Ice Cream
This is THE BEST ICE CREAM THAT I HAVE EVER EATEN. Peroid. I did reverse the half and half and cream. I used 2 cups of heavy cream and four cups of half and half. I also cut the sugar to 3 cups instead of 3 1/2. It was perfect. The peach flavor was excellent!

Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies
These cookies are obviously great --based on the five stars from most people. I think they are most definitely a five star cookie. My husband said they are the best cookies ever made. I made two batches- the first I followed the recipe exactly. The second, I added three dashes of ground cloves and one teaspoon of grated fresh ginger to the sugar/butter mixture before I added the flour. This batch was better in my opinion. It added the puch of ginger that so many recipes lack. I did use butter instead of shortening in both recipes.
