Slow Cooker Pernil Pork
Made exactly according to the recipe. It was very good and tender. I will definitely make this again.

Braised Balsamic Chicken
I made this for my family last night - everyone (even my 3 year old) loved it. The only thing I did different was that I added some fresh garlic to the onions. It was excellent. Served over brown rice.

Sirloin Tips and Mushrooms
This was excellent! I cut the canned mushrooms in half and then added some fresh sliced mushrooms instead. Also, added a little thickening agent (corn starch) at the end so it thicked up more like a gravy. It was a big hit!
